To the fullest extent permitted by law, HytchU and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
